What can I say? The moment I entered this delectable eatery I was left utterly bewildered and entranced by the delicate, ethereal scents emanating from the kitchen. I knew that from that first moment that I discovered the palace that is this foodie wonderland, that Zaff's would be the Holy Grail from which I would sup for the rest of my life. I simply cannot fathom a world in which Zaff's ceases to exist; a world where the succulent, delicately seasoned (with angel dust, I am certain. deep fried chicken thigh caresses your taste buds, ever-so gently, before exploding within you, releasing endorphins comparable only to the most sensuous experiences a person not of this world could possibly fathom. Zaff's, you have my heart. Forever.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was fresh, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible from beginning to end. I ordered a large pizza and fries, but the guy taking my order did not ask for my postcode or contact number. He said the food would arrive in 40 minutes, but after one hour there was still no sign of it. Nearly two hours later, I called the restaurant and the guy claimed the driver had tried to call me, even though they never took my contact information. When the food finally arrived three hours late, the pizza was cold, hard, and inedible. It looked like a mountain and was extremely tough. When I called to complain, the guy just brushed off my concerns without listening to what I had to say. I am so upset that I am speechless. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stick to Caspians or Pizza Hut instead.

I ordered a pizza, but what I received was a naan bread with cheese and a few toppings. There was no tomato base, so the pizza had no flavor. I'm disappointed by pizza places that skimp on the sauce. I will not be returning. I am shocked by how much the quality has decreased.

Ordered the mix Donner on naan for home delivery and this was a mistake, one naan burnt other are uncooked like wet flour, ended up filling the bin, ofcourse restaurant never believed when phoned them.
