I recently dined at Nando's, and the food was absolutely delicious with no complaints in that department. However, there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to the service. Nando's has always been my go-to place for mouthwatering dishes, and this visit was no exception. The flavors were spot-on, and I couldn't get enough of their signature dishes. The menu offers a fantastic variety, and I appreciate that they prioritize freshly made food. Here's where my experience took a turn. After placing our orders, a friendly staff member informed us that our food would take twenty minutes because it was being freshly prepared. While I appreciate the commitment to freshness, it became frustrating when, after 30 minutes, our food still hadn't arrived. The most disappointing part was that we could see our food ready but unattended on the counter. Despite the restaurant not being particularly crowded, the staff seemed preoccupied with casual chatter among themselves. As a customer, it's disheartening to watch your meal sit untouched while staff members appear oblivious to the fact that it's ready to be served. In an otherwise pleasant afternoon, this service lapse cast a shadow over what could have been a great dining experience. Nando's, I adore your food, but please, let's work on the service aspect to ensure your customers don't leave with a sour taste in their mouths. I had a piece of chicken from.the sutton coldfield branch on Friday that was warm in the middle but fridge cold on the outside. All.weekend i have felt sick and stomach bloated. Would not eat there again.
