New Sum Ye - Birmingham

I dined at this restaurant for the first time yesterday and I was truly impressed. The meat and rice dishes were delicious, with the meat being tender and the rice cooked perfectly. I also tried their fresh soy drink and tofu beancurd pudding, both of which were expertly prepared. The tofu beancurd pudding in particular was the best I've had since my hometown. The texture was smooth, the sugar syrup was just right, and it melted in my mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant as the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning when I am in Birmingham again.

It has been a while since I last visited Birmingham, but dining at this restaurant reminds me of why I always want to return to this place.

The hot and spicy king's costumes are possibly the largest dish I have ever consumed.

Eating here for years now, simply the best in town.
