Costa Coffee - Birmingham

This morning for a quick coffee at the sutton coldfield shop. during the queuing (although I didn't notice) there was an older man wearing an oxygen mask behind me. it wasn't until the asst manager came past me, I knew, but he asked the man to take a place, and he would command him and bring him to his table. I almost picked up. I thought now that this is just super customer service and great to see this day and age. I spoke to the employee and praised him for his intention, service and friendliness he showed to the older gent. so to costa coffee, well done on their personal and the service they offer to see great.

Costa coffee was amazing and the personal was obliged when we were a group of 7 and we refurbished the furniture so we could all sit together.

People are very helpful, but why is it that the costa coffee places are always so small they have many queen and his hard to find a place. but I love costa coffee so will always end, no matter what the queen is.

Lovely food and drink. Staff very friendly and efficient. Forgot my drink but couldn't apologise to me enough for the delay. Would highly recommend

Cash only today although I am of an age to remember how to use it. Bit of a wait to be served with a polite apology although my request to have my waiting time knocked off the bill fell on deaf ears. Sadly no toilet is available and of course any ensuing inconvience is apologised for(tell my bladder that) however the public facilities are located round the corner in the shopping centre so it saves any unnecessary cleaning on Costa's part
