Village Tavern - Birmingham

For years it is no longer and has decided to take lunch. Lunch and service were both spectacular! Will definitely not wait so long for a return visit.

All right. Filet was tender and perfectly cooked. Service was timely and very friendly! Filet tips and grids are shown.

A large group of friends here met for dinner and the place bouncing with the happy amount of hours. as we had some time before others arrived, we came to the crowd and ordered the early rolls and cocktails. the server was johnny on the depot and the rolling (excellent) and our drinks appeared quickly. as friends, we gathered in the es tabloid. I was pleased that they had a sufficient space for all 20 of us and our server quickly set up water, drinks and appetizers, as we waited for the last of our friends to arrive. we ordered a lot of steaks, salads, sandwiches, and all were well made, hot, tasty and more than most could finish. the next day I left a great lunch on the road. does not know when we come back to birmingham, but I know we eat here again when we do that

This was my first time here dinner and it was just amazing! I chose to have the main rib and it was cooked and seasoned for perfection! For the pages I had smeared potatoes and the Mac and cheese. The potatoes will definitely get an A and the Mac and the cheese was just okay for me, definitely could have used more cheese. Had some old fashions from the bar and they were both phenomenal and I cannot leave this review without our fabulous server Courtney (sp). One of the best customer service experiences I had in a restaurant in some time. The server in conjunction with the food is sure that I will come back in the future when I am in Birmingham.

Great food, atmosphere and staff. Busy but not too much wait. They have a huge list of cocktails, wines, drinks. One of the best mojitos and martini places in birmingham. The crab dip is a must !!!
