I waited here to pick up a free Chulupa box and had a decent experience at the counter while I waited to be served. The gentleman who eventually assisted me wasn't familiar with my order, but he was polite and apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. It might just be me, but after trying the items in the box (which tasted good and didn’t upset my stomach at first), I ended up with a terrible stomach ache that evening and felt some regret. I suspect this might be because I rarely eat fast food.

I placed an online order at 12:30, and the young lady who answered sounded like I was bothering her. After they informed me that they didn’t have my order and suggested I might have gone to the wrong place, I read them the address from my email to confirm that I had the right location since I live in Tarrant. Eventually, my order was found. I received one drink but was told to wait for the rest without actually being given it. A nice young man came to check on my order, and when I mentioned I hadn’t received my other drink, he said okay but never returned. Out of frustration, I decided to leave instead of going through the drive-thru and waiting again. When I got home, I realized my chicken quesadilla was missing. My family and I eat out quite a bit, but we’ve never experienced such poor service before, especially since there weren't many customers at the time—I was the only one waiting.
