Panera Bread - Birmingham

What a sweet place! He worked for a day away. Sitting was okay, Wi-Fi worked super, and the food was probably the best I had compared to any other location. I had a bagel for breakfast that seemed kind of small, but the taste was still there. But then I had soup and grilled cheese for lunch and both were super hot and delicious. The best part was all windows that let natural light in!

Fast service after ordering and ordering was perfect. Tallest staff checked me and served us when it was finished. He was 6’ 10” and a super nice person. The food was great and the restaurant was clean.

Dirty place with not so fresh food. We have been to many paneras before and we love the brand but this location needs help and I’m not talking about understaffed, the strawberries in the salads looked old and soggy and the avocado was very black , they have a very nice place with very bad food.

Disappointing. The bagels are double extra small and toasted hear means slapped on both sides and waived over a candle. The chocolate croissants were old and stale. When these facts were discussed with the cashier, she acknowledged them and blamed it on a new baker. Panera is usually pretty good but we’ll be skipping this location.

Rude manager with lack of manners. Her hat had Ashley on it so that may be her name. I arrive to pick up my order I placed online. Politely ask if my order is ready and all she can say is did I call your name ? Without even asking my name ? She seemed to be having a hard time doing her job and should be demoted immediately.
