Hattie B's Hot Chicken Birmingham, Al

First time trying this place after always seeing it across from Jack Browns. Decided to give it a try and I’m disappointed. Actually I think I overate. The prices might seem a bit high but trust me, it’s enough for 2 settings. If you eat it all at one time, you probably won’t eat again that day. I had medium chicken and it was still a little tangy. The peach cobbler was great and warm !!!

My partner and I recently visited this place. The chicken wings were tasty and fresh, but the other dishes weren’t as fresh as we had hoped. Overall, there was room for improvement.

My partner and I were in the city celebrating his birthday, and we decided to stop by this restaurant before heading to a bar. I ordered the chicken tenders, which were perfectly fried, but the seasoning was a bit too strong for me. I didn't enjoy the wings as much; they were tough and had an odd flavor. My partner had the pimento cheese mac and cheese, and he absolutely loved it, although the potato salad was not very impressive. Overall, it’s a nice place with great chicken.

The food and sauces here are excellent! I highly recommend trying the dark meat and the specials. The sides, like the coleslaw and the cornbread, are also quite good. However, the wait was quite long, which was a bit frustrating.

The call is enough. it will completely beat this call in reality. extremely humid chicken with different heat levels. the grotten were also amazing. get a basket and sit outside and enjoy!
