El Gran Cafe Castillo - Birmingham

Although the restaurant was closed during my visit, I found the menu appealing and very reasonably priced. It featured options like hamburgers and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, alongside more traditional Mexican dishes. The concept of a Mexican restaurant located within a furniture store is both unusual and intriguing. The staff at the furniture store struck a great balance; they were helpful without being intrusive, allowing us to shop comfortably with assistance when needed, but without constant interruptions.

It's located inside Ashley Furniture, I know it sounds unconventional, but trust me, the Tex-Mex cuisine is fantastic! They've been in business for 11 years, and their dishes are made with fresh ingredients. Plus, the furniture store is spotless. Next time, I'm definitely trying the Grouper Sandwich!
