Chuck E. Cheese - Birmingham

The staff did a fabulous job when we had my grandson birthday party. The lady assigned to our table was spectacular. She knew about our birthday package and went well. The food was good and my four-year-old grandson had an explosion. You make it big for the birthday child!!!! I would definitely recommend the party of your child at Chuck E. Cheese!!!

A great place. the personal is very friendly. they constantly sanitate games and tables. the 280 location of my opinion is better than the newly opened vestavia hills location. my children and I make our visits weekly.

As a grandmother with mobility issues who sometimes uses a scooter, I was thrilled to be able to move easily at my granddaughter's birthday party, despite the crowded environment. A child with similar mobility challenges would also be able to navigate well and participate in most of the games. Thank you, Chuck E Cheese!

I had a wonderful time celebrating my granddaughter's 2nd birthday at this restaurant. The staff was exceptionally friendly and everything was arranged just as we had planned. The pizza was promptly served hot and fresh at our table. There were plenty of games available for guests of all ages to enjoy. I deducted one star due to the loud speakers and the slightly warm temperature inside with all the people and games going on. Other than that, I would definitely consider returning for another party in the future.

We had my son's 3rd birthday party here. When we first got there, I was a little worried because his sign on the table said it was 7th birthday and it took a while for anyone to come over and acknowledge us. However, our party host Ren came over before long and she was wonderful! She was very sweet and checked several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was good. My son had a blast. When we went to redeem our tickets, there was a very long line, but the lady working the ticket counter was very nice and never made us feel rushed. Overall it was a very good experience!
