Contribuiți la feedbackHow many times? I drove away an hour to get my daughter to play because she absolutely loves playing the games at Chuck E. Cheese. We just had their birthday party at the Birmingham site on 3 November. Our server, Shomaria was the ABSOLUTE BEST SUPER FRIENDLY! I wanted to tell her she was wonderful and that we appreciated her. But if it's time to take my daughter to their prices with the tickets she won, the staff are ALWAYS RUDE!! Once I was CHARGED $24 for a dollar tree mermaid toys! When I told her that this could not be correct, my stepfather just went on to pay. When I originally asked her, how much the difference in the cards my child had and the toy was. Come to find out she never took the cards from my card. My nephew was with us too, and she gave him no problem with his choice, and gave it to him, even without the cards from his card. It was about 8 months ago. Because of the rude staff, I'd rather take my daughter elsewhere. My advice is to either hire friendly employees or train your employees, how to work properly in a customer service atmosphere, and do it with a smile on the face.
Literally waited in the register for 35 minutes with our children to use our tickets... not an employee wanted to help us see only us and went away and a lady was on her phone went to the register and did not recognize us, then went away and never someone else asked us to help us. We had to yell at a kitchen worker to make them help us... that was the worst part of the experience, but the rest of the visit was pretty bad... Food was good, though and the games (the worked) kept the children entertaining... So they have the 2 stars...
I am a grandmother with mobility problems and I sometimes use a scooter. I was so happy that I was able to move freely at my granddaughter's birthday party, even though the place was very busy. A child with mobility problems would be able to deal well and could play a majority of games! Thank you. Chuck E Cheese!
I don't feel like many games are appropriate to age, for younger children. Many games were too big for a 5-6 years old. Many of them had to read how to work. There were some not. The manager was really nice! It was hard to find a ground worker if necessary.
Our pizza looked like a puzzle that was put together by a blind dog, I?m starting to think them rumors were true yall. Then my son hads to take a quick potty break but the toilete was clogged to hell and back so he had to hold it for the rest of the time that we was there. My daughter found gum on one of the games and ate it. The pizza was good though, it tasted like the lord and Savior made it himself.
