We went with my parents my wife and my son there. the services were perfect, beautiful and appealing. but the most important was what was served in our plates. everything was excellent, fresh and well presented. we are coming back!
On the occasion of my birthday we dine in this beautiful house we have tasted the caramelized, caramelized foie gras, red tuna and oramels. Each dish was remarkable to make us wait, some very appreciated mouth lovers were served in dessert, a soufflé with a really good pear! of mignardises with the coffee:superbref a nice evening thanks to the chef, to all his team
Only couple who came out of the hotel's pensioners, we were treated badly: if the entrance was good and correct, we will remember chipirons with basquaise and fresh tagliatellis, much too salty, we could count them so much the quantity was reduced and their sauce without real flavor! As for dessert, a cowrin revisited with strawberries, meringue with strawberry ice and fresh strawberry pieces too ordinary to talk about it (I recommend hiring the chef of the workshop ao port ofhendaye that is better pastry than cook). all for 38€ without drinks. We stayed jealous of the dishes served to the hotel's residents!
We were delighted by the quality of the kitchen during our dinner on the terrace under the plane trees. The dishes were of exceptional quality and very sought after. we enjoyed the lasagna of marinated anchovies, the exceptional mini-cooked tuna, the chipirons with the tagliatelles very well cooked .the staff were both very attentive and discreet. We were very satisfied.
