KFC - Biloela

I never realised how truly incompetent a fast food chain could be until I came here.

Even by KFC standards, this franchise needs a good cleaning.

Jack at the drive through. ....Awsome customer service with Australian bush quality.So refreshing to see a young bloke so enthusiastic about his role at work. Keep it up mate.Just finished commenting on how good his customer service was to my offsider when Jack informed us that Biloela KFC had only been named Australian No1 store two days earlier! !Not suprising JACK was named No1 in Australia for his customer service!!Before we drove out he said enjoy......we did, Definitely the best Kfc ive ever tasted! !

Every time we visit we have to wait for something- usually chicken. Yet again it's a 20 minute wait for original chicken. It seems ironic that a place whose main specialty is chicken runs out by lunch 12pm ! This is ridiculous KFC! The local workers pride themselves on their 'fast service', entering competitions etc how about we get the ordering

I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. It took over half an hour to arrive. There was very little filling other than the chicken and a piece of bacon. The wrap was torn so the filings fell out. There was about 3 or 4 strips of lettuce. I received the wrong crusher but after having waited half an hour for my order I wasn't prepared to wait another half hour while they fixed it. This stop added quite a bit of time to an 8 hour trip. I won't be stopping there again.
