Subway - Billings

I didn't have a subway in a dam and a steak cheese sandwich sounded good. so glad I decided to get one. service was also good.

I've been to this location before, but today it was exceptionally good. Keep up the good work!

The staff is awesome. Great place to visit. It's a Subway so you know what to expect but the customer service brings me back every time.

This morning I am from the subway nothing no hello no hi then after he said can you wait then I feel it OK out here making a subway and he said it’s so bad request to Sarban can you please make sure what happened the sky sky route with everyone so please make sure I mention my receipt so after you can check with you and what’s going on you can see that and thank you so much Please check video Are you asking his name he say I don’t have name

They have a bunch of kids running the restaurant. Went there at 8:45 pm a few weeks ago and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door a couple times before I called the store while I stood outside. Teenage boy came around the corner to grab the phone and realized it was me at the door LOL he came and unlocked the door and said sorry but we 're closed I said CLOSED?! You still have another 15 minutes! And he so rudely allowed us to come in and get our sandwich during OPEN HOURS. the day shift is just a complete joke- the little girls they have working in that restaurant are rude, can 't work under pressure, and have just absolutely no customer service. Plus they slip together sandwiches it 's terrible. I live in Lockwood and being a nurse I live off of subway so going to this one has always been more convenient but as long as they have these disrespectful little kids running this store- I 'll be avoiding it at ALL costs.
