Olive Garden Italian - Billings

We entered the restaurant and placed our order. The server informed us that we could have a salad with our meal, so both my husband and I ordered one. We decided to also order soup. It took 30 minutes to receive the salad and an additional 20 minutes for the soup to arrive. Meanwhile, other patrons who arrived after us were already getting their meals. The main dishes also took a long time to be served. When we requested the check, we found that it amounted to $47.00, with separate charges for the soup, salad, and main dishes. We had each ordered tea to drink. When we raised the issue with the waiter and asked to speak to the manager, the manager insisted that the charges were correct. In a rush, we paid the bill but vowed not to return and warned our friends and family. However, someone suggested reporting this incident to prevent it from happening to others. As parents of four young children, we are cautious with our spending and were deeply disappointed by this experience. We felt cheated.

I had the best meal ever at Olive Garden. I ordered the large stuffed dishes and they were very filling. However, the cheese pot was only half full, which made it less flavorful. The garlic bread was also delicious. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals and the staff was very friendly.

I have consistently had a great experience at this Olive Garden location. Despite being short-staffed, they are able to provide quick service with a maximum wait time of 20 minutes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. It's a perfect spot for families. I want to give a special thanks to our server today who turned any potential unpleasant moments into positive ones.

You can never go wrong with the classic Olive Garden. They always serve big breadsticks and a wide selection of Italian-based meals. The unlimited salad and breadsticks, along with mints at the end, make it definitely worth it.
