Chipotle Mexican Grill - Billings

My daughter has celiac disease (gluten) and chipotle is one of the very few “fast casual” places she can eat at. The team on 6/10 around 11am was fantastic. The women took amazing measures to keep my daughter safe — wiping down counters, changing spoons, serving out of fresh containers. Every single precaution was taken without a single issue, in fact she did it with a smile. Amazing. Thank you!

Ordered through door dash. It was cold, and I know it wasn't the drivers fault cause he was quick. One my tacos had no meat, the rest were a sloppy mess and missing my fajita veggies. I get that it's close to closing but if you can't deliver a quality product at the end of the day then maybe you should shut down deliveries earlier. I had part of one taco and threw the rest away and ate bowl of Chex and a leftover wedge salad from outback. My wife's meal wasn't much better. I feel bad for the drivers having to be the middle man in these types of situations.

This is the first time in a long time that I don't overjoyed to eat from here. they ran out of 3 articles I always got what my food felt like there was something missing. the guacamole had begun to become brown. the staff was not polite and has barely chased an eye when we ordered our food, but they shredded around and laughed together when we came in. I felt very unwilling. I even tried to joke with them that I was supposed to come in before they came out of the witness and got no answer. I'm from the next state, and always make it a point to come here every time I'm in the city, but I'll probably never come to this place again.

Terrible experience. I'll never be back. they said they had no salate and I saw that they did. they said they couldn't give me anoint because it was to order to go. Why is this place still open? I started going to qudoba and realized that employees are so much happier and eating is so much better. please close the business.
