Schafer's - BIGFORK

This restaurant is fantastic, especially if you can dine on the deck with its amazing view. Our group of four enjoyed every dish we ordered. The service was excellent, and the manager was especially accommodating, helping us secure a last-minute reservation. Thank you for that!

This is a fantastic restaurant located at Mountain Lake Lodge. The dining room has a lovely atmosphere, and there is a great variety of dinner options. We started with clams and then enjoyed the jambalaya for our main course. For breakfast, we had the smoked steelhead eggs Benedict and pumpkin waffle, both of which were delicious. The bartender crafts excellent drinks, and her wine selection is outstanding.

So good! Our steaks were cooked perfectly to what we ordered, which never happens. Service was great, drinks were delicious! The sides were very meh, but otherwise an amazing place.

By far, the best place I have ever eaten. Our server was attentive and so sweet! The bar tenders stuffed blue cheese olives will make you die!!! And the steak.... I have no words. It was that good!!! Great experience! We will be back a million more times!

After a busy day in Glacier Natl Park, we were late for our reservation so called to see if we could arrive an hour later. They were so accommodating. We had been running all day , arrived a little dusty from the trail, and we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. We took a breath and then took in the lovely setting and view. Our host went over menu and wine selections with good information and recommendations. Out waitress took over from there and we were treated like family. Our food was fabulous, wine delightful. The chef even shared some culinary secrets with us! Top notch professionals, all! Highly recommend a visit!
