Mcdonald's - Big Spring

Bad customer service ever. the bar is always very low when it is directed around almost food, but this place is absolutely terrible.

The worst experience everrrrrr....Cold. FoodNooo none attention to lobbyI will never be able to go back

The cashier was too busy whining about her job to listen to the order correctly, and of course the order was wrong, so by the time it was all straightened out my fries were cold… and McDonald's fries are only good for about 30 seconds as we all know.

So we’re at the counter to order and the manager in red shirt says, “ go to the kiosk with an attitude. I looked at my son and said wow. So we go to kiosk for quicker service but even that takes forever so we became frustrated and cancelled so we get in line again and finally at the counter again and they decide to train a newby so I politely ask cashier if she can not train while I order and she was like pfft! I have to do what my manager says… we just turned around and walked away due to our time there of 25 minutes heading to work without food…

Sloppy! Why are they gonna ask if you want picante and not put it in your bag!?! And algo forgot an apple pie!! Which is right in front of them!!!
