Wawa - Bharatpur

Went this morning...only person in line and ended up waiting over 25 minutes for one of their specialty coffees and a sandwich. Two workers standing around not doing anything. Mismanaged to the max, uncaring, and rude if you say anything about the ridiculous wait time (I was told that I could speak to their manager, who was standing around not doing anything as well). Loved Wawa up in PA, won 't be going to again down here.

The restaurant began on a positive note, but the quality has declined. The drinks have been inconsistent—it’s a mixed bag. I recently paid $4 for a strawberry smoothie that was full of large ice chunks, and the iced coffee varies between being quite good and absolutely dreadful. There’s no reliability in what you’ll get. I used to frequent this place instead of Starbucks, but I’ve stopped going after experiencing too many subpar drinks consecutively.

This Wawa is an average gas station, but when compared to other locations nationwide, it falls short in several areas (similar issues can be found at other Gainesville locations). They need to pay closer attention to the details of food and drink orders, which are clearly specified. I've often noticed that items listed in their app, particularly bakery products, are frequently out of stock. Additionally, there is a persistent issue with homeless individuals using the benches, making it uncomfortable for customers who just want to sit down and enjoy a meal without being approached by panhandlers. I've had multiple experiences like this, but hopefully, yours will be more positive. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement.

The food takes an incredibly long time to be served! I've had to request multiple refunds. Today, I ordered a pick-up through Grubhub, and they were still running behind schedule. It's really disappointing, especially since it's the closest gas station. From now on, I'll only be stopping for gas. However, Jean and Josephine, who work behind the counter, are fantastic. I'm giving an extra star for their great service.

I sure do enjoy wawas blended coffees!! ????????
