The staff is genuinely unenthusiastic, lack any sense of urgency, resulting in long wait times and poor customer service. Add to it the introduction and reliance on kiosks to place orders adds to a less than stellar experience as selection focus on meals rather than individual items. This in stark contrast to the excellent customer service that had come to be expected under previous ownership/management. It should be noted, that all Google reviews prior to 06/2022 are a reflection of previous ownership/management and should be considered obsolete. UPDATE (12/7/23): Quality of service continues to degrade over time with increased wait times, incorrect order fulfillment, and insufficient/untrained staffing.
My order has been lost many times, I always have to wait max 30 minutes and have to go up to the counter multiple times times To ask the status of my order.
If I could give no stars I would. Everytime I come here my food takes 30+ minutes to receive. The service is horrible. I have worked in food service before and seeing all the workers doing nothing in the back is aggravating to myself and so many others. The name calling system has to change or maybe get a louder caller because several times I have been in the back of the crowd and I haven't heard my name, yet when I get up front it, the food is already cold. Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever come to. Get competent workers.
Bad service, mediocre food, and long waits. No clue if they lose your order or if it’s just taking them an hour
I ordered the 12 piece nugget and paid extra but i only received 9 pieces
