Gyu Kaku Beverly Hills, Ca

Booked a table for 7pm, there were several vacant tables but then we got seated 10-15mins after. The first lady server was pleasant and took our drink orders and came back for our dinner orders. Had to cancel our Miso Soup and Chicken Karaage orders since it never came. We were there for the AYCE dinner and the meats orders took so long to be served. When this other white guy server came to our table to take empty plates I grabbed the menu and he audaciously budged in and said that we still have four meat orders coming up, when in fact I was going to order a salad and some appetizer.

We were with the host and waited with a group of people for 10 minutes when someone arrived to inform us that there was an issue.

Half of the menu was unavailable, no napkins or non-paper cups for water. Food and servers were amazing but the quality of the actual restaurant was at best decent

We absolutely adore this place. Thank you for creating an atmosphere that feels just like home.
