Bruegger's Bagels - Bettendorf

The store was dirty, and all the tables were marked for no dine-in customers. I recommend skipping this place and heading to the other coffee shop in the same parking lot instead.

The woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the older man with glasses at the cash register had a poor attitude—not just toward me but also when he interacted with his coworkers. Perhaps he was having a rough morning, but it seemed unnecessary. Given this experience, I’m uncertain whether I would return in the future.

My favorite spot for a breakfast or lunch sandwich. The food quality and variety are excellent. Keep it up!

Love Bruegger’s Bagels, but their customer service is always so disappointing! Zero acknowledgment when you walk in the door, or even up to the counter. They seem bothered to help anyone most of the time. A simple “Hey, we’ll be right with you!” could go a long way. I keep hoping their customer service will improve, but it sucks.

Delicious! Always a great place for bagels! And why not treat the peeps in the office and take them a dozen or two?
