Dunkin' - Bethlehem

This Dunkin’ does frequently not adhere to the posted hours. This location often does not have the common items in stock. The wait is significantly longer than other Dunkin’ locations. They will accept Mobil orders (meaning take the payment via the app) but will not fulfill it. They will tell you thru the driver thru window that ‘they are closed’. It response to your money being returned they refer you “to call the number on the app”

Multiple times I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts ordering an iced coffee donuts and these girls can’t get the simplest orders correct . How hard is it to read an order receipt ! If you can’t put the donuts the customer ordered correctly in the bag then you shouldn’t be working at DUNKIN DONUTS. Then when I come back around and politely ask them to fix the iced coffee, they still can’t use their ears and get it made correctly. They act like they are above everybody, or that they are busy when there’s not a single other car in line. Unbelievable.

I'll spare you the details...I will say I threw away the entire order after hearing/seeing the window lady coughing/dirty hands and clothes. Gonna go disinfect.

Dunkin more like slam DUNK?. My grilled cheese was so good. The inside looked so clean. It was super cheesy and smelled delish. This was worth the money I just spent on gas. I love over by saucon valley but I always commute to this one because service is so much better

I’m not sure who the “shift lead” was on December 3, 2022 but whoever it was needs to be fired. My sick mother just went through the drive through with my younger sister who is a 12 year old child, and the person running the drive through got very nasty with her during the order over the brand of chocolate syrup. When my mother went to the window to confirm she got chocolate syrup and not mocha, because mocha is for coffee and is NOT the same despite what the drive through worker was saying, the shift lead came to the window and started yelling at my mother and cursing at her as well. We did not get a name. I’m going to the store now to order and will get a name but if not then the manager needs to look into this and handle it accordingly. We usually have no issues with this Dunkin but this shift lead’s attitude and language was completely unacceptable given the situation. This was over CHOCOLATE SYRUP.
