Zaxby's - Bessemer

I ordered the Wings and Things Combo, which included five wings, fries, and a drink, as well as the three chicken fingers combo that came with two sauces. I dined inside, but the restaurant was extremely cold—felt like I was in a freezer! I had to keep my jacket on the whole time.

The service here is excellent. My main issue has been that the drive-thru is often quite congested, making it difficult to access the parking lot. I've found myself frustrated by the dining room being closed, as there's no way to tell until you reach the door. It's quite inconsistent. However, I would have given them 5 stars otherwise. Update as of 4/6/22: It appears that the dining room is now open more frequently, so I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars.

Zaxby's has always been a favorite spot for me, just like for many others. I particularly enjoy the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich Combo. I ordered the sandwich with fries and sweet tea. With each bite, the sauce soaks into the sandwich, adding a delicious flavor. I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I would definitely give this combo a solid 5 thumbs up. Thank you!
