The Waffle House never fails to impress, despite its small menu and cozy atmosphere. They efficiently serve a large number of customers with only a few counter chairs and tables. The food is delicious, with a focus on waffles and hash browns, staying true to its name.

I have to say, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a waffle house. There was a miscommunication, but the waitress refused to acknowledge any attempts I made to clarify or address the issue with my order. I even offered to order something else to make up for the mistake, but she simply threw the food away. She proceeded to speak loudly in front of everyone to defend herself, prompting the cook to step in and mediate. It's clear that she could benefit from improvement in customer service and active listening skills to better understand and address customer concerns.

My experience at this restaurant for breakfast was fantastic! The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Thank you, Tae, for a wonderful dining experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to come back soon!

The waitress was fantastic, very friendly and made sure you had everything you needed. The cook was fast, food was delicious and he was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean.

Everyone is always courteous at this location. It is clean and the service is fast and efficient. Taye that waited on us today did an excellent job! Our order was correct and she checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very pleasant attitude! It was the best dine- in service I?ve had in a while!
