The Purple Onion - Bessemer

I didn't go inside myself, but my husband did, and he said the place was clean, well-sanitized, and very focused on customer service. We ordered a vegetarian baker and a BBQ chicken baker for takeaway. The presentation was impressive, and they certainly delivered. When we got home, our orders were exactly as we requested, and the ingredients were fresh! They even included the necessary spices in the bag. It's so frustrating to come home only to find missing items or incorrect orders, so thank you, Purple Onion! We'll definitely be back.

I absolutely love the food at this restaurant. The customer service is excellent, and the dining area is enjoyable.

This was my first visit, and I was impressed by the pleasant atmosphere, organization, cleanliness, and friendly service. My brother ordered the house special omelet while I opted for the ham and cheese. The Greek flatbread that came with it was fresh, although it could have benefited from a bit more wood-fired flavor. The ham and cheese were tasty, but the star of the meal was definitely the house special. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. The portion sizes were not oversized, but they were sufficient, especially for my brother, who has a healthy appetite. The prices were reasonable as well. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Place has amazing food. My wife ordered the Philly Baker, I ordered the Philly Sub with Pommes and my son had the chicken fingers. The food was hot and fresh. It took about 10 minutes to get my order that seemed super fast as if they were extremely busy. My son shaved that the chicken fingers were the best of all time. The facility was bright and clean. Will be one of our weekly spots.
