The food in this restaurant is absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the turkey burger; it was incredibly fresh. The entire menu is great, and they even offer a special deal on Sundays. However, if the combo menu had a wider variety and was better stocked, I would have rated it 5 stars.

I recently traveled through the South, from New Orleans to Charleston, and from Miami to Knoxville, and I can confidently say that you'll never find shrimp better than at Plush Bar and Grill. If you pair it with the fried catfish, you'll experience a delightful explosion of flavors. Each bite is packed with depth and unique profiles. The atmosphere is also cool and relaxed, making it a must-stop on any journey through Bessemer, Alabama. My bartender and waitress, Tkay, was fantastic and truly lovely. She had a great attitude and made me feel welcome as an out-of-towner.

The food was outstanding, and the drinks were excellent. Sarah provided very polite service, and we experienced the best service overall. We will definitely be back!
