Church's Texas Chicken - Bessemer

The chicken no longer has any flavor. This location feels like a completely different place compared to the Church's I grew up with. The service is terrible and extremely slow. If you place an order through DoorDash, you might as well forget it, as the employees seem unwilling to fulfill those orders. As a DoorDash delivery driver picking up from this location, I've experienced firsthand how the staff acts as if they don't even handle DoorDash orders. I've been on both sides—I’ve ordered and I’ve delivered—and I no longer waste my time trying to do either.

Went to Church's on Carolina Avenue in Bessemer told me it's takes 30 minutes to cook which is a lie ask for Manager or Area Manager they said they didn't have no number call on the phone they wouldn't answer time 4:55 pm of course shift change butthis is unacceptable

I've decided to stop going to this restaurant after a few visits. The food is good when it's fresh, but I've frequently received dishes that don't match what I ordered. Unfortunately, I won't be returning!

I went through the drive-thru today, and the experience was disappointing. The woman at the window was very rude; she didn't take my order, slammed the window in my face, and told me to go to another Church's Chicken. If she didn't want to work today, she should have stayed home. I think she needs to be fired.
