We had the chance to feed here on 23/12/2021. when they come to besançon, book here! the owner/water/Koch is amazing in every capacity! he greeted us at the door and was so welcoming and friendly. he made drinks and is a delicious mixologist. he was attentive as a waiter and at the same time created delicious dishes as a cook. eating was unique and absolutely incredible! every cure was as delicious as the last. I can't recommend casinne enough!
