Applebee's Grill - Bernalillo

The website showed me waffle fries on two burgers I ordered prior to paying... after payment I didn't look at the website receipt and the kitchen both got classic fries. We ordered 2 Coke zeros but got two Diet cokes... we have sensitivity to aspartame so that really wasn't cool. I arrived just before ready time and checked in and this is twice in a row that some poor waitress/waiter saw me sitting in the space and asked a name... well after check in. First time I called the restaurant after waiting patiently for 45 min. This time a waitress saw me in the puck up slot as she gave a door dasher theor order and asked my name. It was 10 minutes post time. She brought out the order, which except for the two cokes, wasn't wrong by human error, and the fries were cold already as I took a fry check/tax. She said the online had been glitching all day and was closing out orders when folks said they arrived. We went to Applebee's Valentines day specifically for the Blondie and Waffle fries... at least the Blondie was correct.

Took around an hour to get food which was cold when we did get it. Waitress never checked on us. Waited around half an hour after we were done eating to get our ticket. All waitresses sitting at the tables near the restroom. Lousy service!!!!!

We recieved poor service and the food was sub par.. at the restaurant in bernillo nm..the employees are very young and don't seem to care we tried to get there attention numuras times because it took over 1 hour to get our food our waitresses was not fry freindly or attentive.. we did not tip due to bas service .. while we walked our of the restaurant a employee followed us out and yelled at us thanks for not tipping . I went bach on and informed the manager on duty but she really didn't seem to care she did apologize but in a nonchalant way..

I came to pick up my order I went to the bar. The lady that works at the bar yells at me and tells me to wait over there omg she is so rude and not professional at all she should be fired. Customer service goes a long ways. Work on it!!

Way understaffed. The hostesses were a big help and very attentive. They made sure to let everyone know the situation and helped with what they could. Once the bartender came in, he was hustling around, taking care of pretty much everything and everyone. He deserves a raise since he is working a whole restaurant alone.
