Is located next to the Claremont Hotel in the beautiful part of Berkeley, rick ann's was a bit of a... and as the low-cold substage w/o a car, a trip here was a special treat. it is a number of years since I have eaten here, but I remember that it is very popular as a brunch target, and I cannot imagine much has changed. waiting could be anywhere from 15-60 minutes, and parking is terrible... but there was always a lot waiting to eat here. rick ann’s is probably one of the best brunching places you can find in berkeley.
