Nikko Sushi - Berkeley

The food was delicious, but the service was mediocre. My server was not very personable and I felt rushed. While I was eating, she asked if I wanted to order more food, making me feel like I was only occupying one table. Additionally, flies were buzzing around my table, which was annoying as I had to constantly shoo them away while trying to enjoy my meal. Fortunately, none of them landed in my food. Overall, the sushi was great, but it was not a fantastic dining experience.

The sushi at this restaurant is excellent, with high-quality fish and a variety of delicious rolls. However, the service was subpar during my last visit. The waitress seemed inexperienced and was rude when I asked for two extra glasses to share wine with my friends, even though they showed their IDs. Customer service should be a top priority, even if there is a disagreement. I expect staff to be patient and professional, which was lacking in this instance.

The food was really delicious! The Oldashi was excellent. The restaurant could use a makeover though. I have passed by many times, but never felt welcomed. A friend brought me to dine there and I discovered that the food was actually quite good.

Best sushi place in berkeley! as a person who visited japan much, this reminds me of the sushi places there, and their sashimis are really fresh. would recommend the chirashi here.

Great service and excellent traditional and American style sushi in a relaxed atmosphere. Would be 5 stars except that it was so cold in there that we had to wear our coats.
