I waited 20 minutes inside then i decided to go through Drive true, another 15 minutes I left Service: 1

How is jack going to stay in business when the sign out front says open, but the restaurant is only taking orders on door dash??? No drive thru orders, no take out!!!! So sad. Service: 1

The food was good but took 25 minutes to prepare. It wasn't busy so I don't understand what took so long. I ended up going inside to get my food and found only very young people running the store. Ownership is to blame for my experience. There was no leadership.
