Little Caesars Pizza - Benton

We usually get the 3 meat pizza. It has a lot of blows and is very full. Mostly very fast on the drive-thru, unless they are ashamed, but they ask you to park and they will get it as soon as possible. It is a good price $11.00, from yesterday). Not gourmet, but it's a fast meal if you don't want to cook, ha! I'm sorry, no pictures because nothing was over.

Went through the drive thru and waited and waited and waited, there was only one car in the parking lot and zero in the drive thru. Had to drive back around and then finally a girl asked for our order, when we got to the window she was very huffy and acted like we were disturbing her. After we paid she then said pull around to the front it?s in the oven. We wouldn?t have ordered had we known we had to wait on 2orders of crazy bread. We have now been sitting for 30 min for our food, and still waiting. It is so Ridiculous!

Absolute worse service I?ve had at ANY little Caesar. I placed an order and they told me 20 mins. Showed up in 18 mins, food wasn?t ready for another hour. Rude lady at the counter. Saw man at counter her skipped multiple times for other customers despite him waiting on an online order. This place is a joke! Walked out an hour and ten mins later without my food!

Where to begin... I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived the lady behind the counter was super nice, but also completely overwhelmed (6 I'm lobby and at least 2 at drive by window). I saw and heard her let the other staff know she was out of crazy bread only to here another employee berate her for doing so. I watched the manager sit in the back and back orders at her while making no attempt to get up and help the obviously busy order front. I waited an additional 10 minutes because the first person yelling at her didn't take the time to complete the process of adding the pizzas to the pickup portal. So they were ready, but unable to be retrieved. As for the pizza they have increased their prices about 2-3 bucks across the board (to be expected), the pizza was undercooked because they were pulling them early to get more pizzas done faster, and the atmosphere they had in store make it all worse. Little Ceasars use to be a pretty budget friendly and fast option to get pizza... now after mentioning everything above I just don't think there is ever a use case where I would choose them over somewhere like Larry's pizza or Shotgun Dan's. If you have no other choice it works in a pinch, but you are better off giving your money to somewhere else.

I called in a large sausage and cheese pizza. The girl said it'll be 30 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later and she said she lost my order. Then repeated to me exactly what I ordered. I explained I called it in and someone said it would be ready in 30 minutes. She said I don't know who told you that it's an hour wait. She sounded like the same person I talked to on the phone. When I complained after finally getting my pizza I got some dirty looks. I had to wait for them to cook it while watching others who got there after me pick up quickly and leave.
