I am not a more common customer, but normally everyone is super nice and helpful, juan, who was my order on the laufwerk thru, was not. rather rude and not very helpful. as I said, I'm not a more common customer, so I don't know all the options and when I asked about child meal options, he said it was the same that was his answer.? they win two stars because my order was correct, but the type that handed out the command was not much more beautiful.

An order about the trip thru tonight. my food was cold and my order was not correct. To make the dinge worse, I got extra cold pommes. I got fresh pommes. the young man on the theke took my cold pommes, gave them to the chef. I saw this young boy put my pommes back in the basket and put them in the fat. bring them out and give them the same container, the three hands handed over to the opposite person to give me. I asked if these new fresh pumices came back so quickly. the Mexican boy who threw the fries back into the fat screamed out. I was really angry, I knew he was lying. I saw him throwing the pommes in the fat. we're in the middle of a pandemic. throw away objects that come back to the restaurant to keep us all safe. I have requested a refund, I will never visit the site otter creek again. my goal is to make sure that the people I know stay away from this place.

The nicest Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. Whoever made my chicken burrito, I need to shake their hand. Boy was thicc. Very nice staff as well. Awesome visit
