Starbucks - Benton Park

It's starbucks good coffee friendly staff and as always free filtered water.

It was more like water and chocolate chip mixed together. No flavor of coffee.

I purchased a hot chocolate and when I got home I was insulted and upset to see half of the drink was nothing but whipped cream, and it was melted. Flavor wasn’t that good either. I wouldn’t recommend it. ?‍

I went in today for a mobil order I had placed and it was ready within the first 5 minutes of being there. When I went up to grab my two drinks one seemed to have less than the other. I asked one of the girls if they could add just a bit more and she seemed to think my request wasn't worth of her time so she passed it to her coworker. I believer her name is Nena and she made a face and completely ignored me for a few minutes until asking another coworker to do it. I usually never have an issue at this location but that employee should really fix her attitude.

I put in a mobile order but their system didn't register it, I went to pick it up and it wasn't made nor could they find it in their system.The barista WERE ON TOP OF IT immediately and made my drinks super quick. I didn't even have to wait longer than 5 minutes to get both my drinks and my bacon sandwich. They made the situation right , and while I was slightly inconvenienced by the issue, they had me leaving with a smile . I was super impressed by the gentleman doing mobile orders by how quickly he handled my problem and fixed it. Hands down will be back. Amazing baristas and excellent customer service.
