Starbucks - Benton Park

This Starbucks is 30 cents more expensive than other local Starbucks I visit regularly. The guy at the register told me, it must be the size, but when I showed him the receipt from a different store, same drink different price, he simply said I don't know!

Usually I would order in the app but I wanted to pay a different way so I went through the drive thru and did not get what I asked for. I told the worker I would like a Vanilla Bean Cream Frappe but I would like Strawberry pure blended in it (my normal order and I never have a problem) she said, ok so a strawberry cream frappe, got it. I let her know, oh no, I want the vanilla bean frappe but want to add strawberry to it. she said ok! At the window my order was not repeated to me and I just paid. when I got my drink, it was printed out, STRAWBERRY CREAM FRAPPE and the taste was not what I usually get. The worker did not take my right order even after being corrected and I found this a bit upsetting. I obviously paid and still drank it but it was a bit upsetting that even after repeating, the worker went against what I wanted and instead gave me what they thought I wanted.

Okay so I've been coming to this Starbucks for a few months now. THEYRE LITERALLY THE BEST. Fastest service ever. Great personalities. I've never loved a Starbucks location more :

Not study friendly, no power outlets in the indoor seating. They're blocked with a cover.

Enjoyed my drive thru Experience! Our barista at Drive-thru, May, was AMAZING!! She gave my goddaughter stickers, which excited her, and for me, she made me feel special. She really took the time to get to know me and make me feel cared for.
