Made an online order and needed to make a change a couple of minutes later. Made a call and they were able to make the change I needed. (I wouldn't expect this if it was 5 to 10 minutes later).

First time having Rusty's. Was convenient to come to this location, I was skeptical about coming here for a family get together. But from the minute we walked in, Andrea greeted us n made sure our visit was very enjoyable, her customer service was outstanding! Now the pizza chicken and potato wedges were deeeeeeelicious!!! I definitely recommend this place!

I ordered 2 meatball sandwiches and normally they are good but this time they were few meat balls and so dry hardly no sauce horrible sandwiches this time. I am dissatisfied this time total waste of money.
