Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Benton Park

I have only used the drive thru at this location and it has been awful all times except once. 4 out of the last 5 times have been here I have had to park around and wait for the food to come out(all times I parked took at least 30-45mins), I’ve tried using the app, still gotta wait, it really doesn’t matter how you order or what time you come, it’s going to be a bothersome experience.

Always fresh and hot food served by very nice people.

Service was friendly, pretty fast, and food was good.

Thus place doesn't have a single napkin or any other utensil anywhere. You have to ask someone for everything. No
