Mcdonald's - Benton Park

Went inside because of the windstorm. We ordered food for here and received it in a paper bag. No napkins, no ketchup, nothing. We used the kiosk but paid at the counter . When our food was delivered, the employee did not take the number off the table either. We placed it back at Kiosk. But the place was clean and fast.

Rude service. Employees will walk right by you and treat you like your not there. They don't ask if you've been helped. Bad service all around management excluding.

Don't ever come here they will always mess up your order one way or another . And the Manger there is very ignorant

This is what I got for a Big Mac two middle buns !!! Unbelievable!!

Ordered curbside and it took over 20 minutes to get a happy meal, 20pc nugget, large fry, and 3 cookies.
