I placed my order at 5:20 PM and I didn’t get my food at all till I came and showed up because their phone number doesn’t work and I’ve called their phone multiple times i have checked the app multiple times and I go inside just be given stank faces by all of them and then I never got an apology so I picked up my food around 7 PM because I was using my points and I never got an apology or nothing and then I find out that when I look at my thing for my order, it shows that they placed my Order at 6:58 PM and the app didn’t notify me that my food was ready or anything of the sort. I came in with my dog in my arms and the entire time until after i finish my order and Decided I’m gonna order more food well when I put my dog down for a minute, I am given attitude about my dog told that she can’t be on the ground mind you I held my dog the entire time, and my dog wasn’t even on the ground that long and my arms were getting tired too. Sadly, she never even asked if my dog was a service dog, so that was very concerning to me and to top it off I wasn’t going to stay inside to eat. I was just picking up an order but sadly I never got an apology. All I got were dirty from them and I didn’t say anything because I was trying to keep my composure because my dog was in my arms but it was probably one of the most ridiculous McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and just seems like they don’t care when they screw peoples orders up and that they do not tell you when your food is ready at the Mount Vernon McDonald’s And I’m not a mean person I am a very nice person, but yeah, I was given such disrespect to me and my dog. If there was zero, stars, I would give this place zero stars

What can you say McDonalds is McDonslds, it 's consistent, uts been the same since I can remember, tgecreason I can 't give 5stars is cuz we all know how bad this food is for us, other than that once in a while isn 't such a big deal, and if that 's the case then food is atmosphere is 5 service is 5 , nothing to brag about about ,they are 4 sure dialed in with what they supposed to do,Vegetarian options: You can customer order anything on the menu ,so for example get a cheeseburger minus the patty or French fries, etc etcDietary restrictions: All nutrition facts are available if requestedParking: Plenty self parkingKid-friendliness: It 's McDonald 's, there whole mission is to capture the kids heart early and for life?true thoWheelchair accessibility: Yes, ramp, handicap parking

Everytime I visit this facility they are sending me to one of the overflow stalls when there are no customers. The wait time for receiving food is well into the 15 to 20 minute zone.

They put way too much sauce on their big mac's. That's all you can taste. But egg sausage McMuffins are good.
