Manoir Hastings - Bénouville

My daughter and I were in the area the night before England played Norway in the world cup and came across this restaurant. The prices are on the high side especially for drinks but don't let that put you off as the food was truly...wonderful. The staff were attentive, everybody was smiling and genuinely pleasant. The building itself was very nice and I'll repeat that the food was wonderful!

Highly recommend the personal, friendly and considerate service at this bijou restaurant so near to the port of Caen. Fabulous food and attention to detail the food and the service make this a wonderful last stop before returning to the UK. The French...tourist board should insist that the British leaving its shores visit so that they will want to return back to enjoy more delightful food.

Superb food delivered with the friendliest service. Only a few minutes from the ferry port at Ouistreham, the location is ideal for people returning from a holiday in France or Spain. If you arrive early, don't miss the chance to visit Pegasus Bridge which is...just around the corner.
