Nation's Giant Hamburgers - Benicia

Changing my review because of my most recent experience. On this day 7/18/24, the crew of 3 present at 7:30pm was lacking. Multiple people were waiting for their orders and nobody was calling out orders. We are all standing there waiting. 4 of us at least. Nobody was greeted or spoken to, but we were all there because the sign indicated to pick up there. Finally a parent carrying a young child asked about his order and the girl behind the corner finally plucked it out of a pile of orders that have been ready. I step away from the “pick up here” area and get into the ordering line and asked about my on line order and she again plucks it from a pile of ready orders. I was waiting for over 10 minutes and the whole time my order was ready. Management needs to retrain.

Good customer service and friendly cashier who also smiled when we came in.

The food is ok, but the waitress’s are really nice!! Vegetarian options: Meatless burgers Kid-friendliness: Yes
