I purchased a gift voucher on December 22, 2021, which was valid for one year. Unfortunately, it expired just before Christmas. I called to explain that my wife was in the hospital and needed surgery, and I requested a one-month extension. However, I was told that this was not possible since the validity period had already passed. I found this response to be quite harsh, especially since we regularly dine at this restaurant along with our friends and family. I'm very disappointed, particularly because I offered to provide proof of my wife's situation. This isn't just a matter of not using the voucher; it's due to an illness.

We had a delightful Christmas dinner with friends. The evening and the meal were wonderful. Our waitress was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Really nice food it is on the higher price scale but so worth it

Came here to celebrate a birthday. The staff went out of their way to make sure the birthday girl was truly spoilt. The food was delicious and such good value for money.
