Shinsei Sushi - Bend

We definitely enjoyed Shinsei Sushi, they have several vegan sushi roll options, salad with tasty ginger dressing and a veggie Ramen (without the egg)! We also like that we can go here with our non-vegan friends and family (Yup, we still have “those” people in our lives We’re becoming regulars!!

All their noodles are egg noodles, and the cross-contamination of everything else on the menu does not make this place vegan friendly at all

Stay out of town and want sushi. I have the salad with ginger dressing. I liked it wasn't just iceberg salad and had some vegetables in it. Got two of the Veggie rolls, Tempoura and then just a basic veggie with roasted bean curd. It was all delicious!

We have been eating here for years and when I became vegan, it was easy to come because there are many options from dishes and rolls that are vegan. I always feel tired and say how delicious everything was. Definitely recommend.
