Palate A Coffee - Bend

A tiny place w/especially good — and spicy — hot chai. They also make the most incredible designs on the top of the beverage. Most hot chai elsewhere, including Starbucks', is meh.

Best coffee in Bend, hands down. Cardamom lattes are a special treat but I'll take their classic Coava coffee everyday. It's easy to pull over on Colorado Ave and run in for a delicious loose tea, handmade matcha, coffee or pastry. Cool people work there and the vibe is unique. Sit down and enjoy your coffee in a mug with a refill or grab one togo on your errands. Only downside is there aren't more of them around town!

Nice spot but mediocre coffee. I've gotten an americano a few times and it's always watered down and bland. They also do the same amount of espresso for every size. If the small is watered down I can imagine what a large tastes like
