Mountain Mike's Pizza - Belmont

I ordered online hours before the time. It was over 45 minutes late. No excuse. No refund.

I, when it was on 9-5-22 for the buffet after 12:00 and it was nothing on the buffet, they said 15 minutes, I didn't wait, I, when it was on the buffet today (9-6-22) and nothing on the buffet, they told me it would be out soon, so I waited with another person already, brought out 2 small pizzas and never more, I paid almost 18 dollars for 3 small pieces and a drink. You shouldn't offer a buffet if you can't support it. I was in several other places and enjoyed my lunch in Mountain Mike's, but this is a bad name.

I don't know about you, but sometimes when I eat pizza, even if it's the best pizza I've ever had that you're tired. Everyone likes to try different things, but this place is not as different as in taste as Costco Pizza. It looks good, but the sauce tastes like Costco. I bought two medium combinations when you close your eyes and in it the sauce and texture of the toppings taste like Costco, very disappointed. This place had a small arcade for the children who was a really big plus to keep them entertaining. The service was very fast, I went to noon, it was quite empty it construction outside that would have been the cause. I heard that this place was Under New Management, so I think there could be some room for improvements hopefully change the sauce and taste a little different, as well as the crust almost taste like a frozen pizza. The combination of medium size was about $21 quite high price for a pizza if I had gone to Costco since it tastes like Costco not that Costco's bad, but Costco's Costco . There is a time and a place for Costco, but if it's time to eat good pizza, I really want to look for a nice pizza for good days work and a beer was not the place. Mountain Mike's Pizza Lucky I hope you guys have success, please read complaints to make your business better I hope in the near future if I plan to back the pizza won't cost like Costco.

While food is pretty good, service and timing is terrible. They take twice as long as they quote and are dishonest when they contact the status of the order.

Tried a personal pizza while I was at this mall for laundry. I waited over 20 minutes for it once I got it I was not impressed. It was literally a store bought frozen pizza with the topping I asked for some cheese thrown on top. Then to perfect the depressing experience it was still cold in the middle! I would suggest avoiding this establishment they don?t seem to care.
