Seastar Restaurant Raw Bar - Bellevue

The food and service here are excellent. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours. I've been here a few times, but I've started to feel a bit bored with the menu, even though the sushi is always fresh.

The service and food are quite good. Our favorite is the salmon belly appetizer. The jambalaya portion is generous, and the shellfish one-pot is excellent—not overly salty like at many other places.

Our server, Sidney, was fantastic—very attentive and professional. We really enjoyed our meal; the grilled octopus and scallops were delicious! We will definitely be returning.

The service was excellent. Always there by your side at just the right time. As a John H restaurant you would think that the steaks would be great, but they were good, not great. Drinks were good! Dessert was excellent. Appetizers were delicious. The reason for my 4 star review was overpriced steak that was nothing special.
