Belle Pastry French Bakery - Bellevue

NEVER try their Latte! It just like milk and no flavor of coffee. I thought maybe it’s just a one time thing, but I have tried it three times in a row with the same quality. No milk foam, no beautiful pattern, no coffee taste. Can you believe this is the picture of Latte they make and I took the picture within one minute? When I try to ask them to make a new one, they replied this IS milk! OK I guess I have just learned something new.

My favorite local cafe the drinks are meh, but the pastries are pretty bomb?My go to’s are definitely the Pain au Chocolat and the Spinach and Feta Danish??As for cake I always go for anything chocolatey ahaha, but they can be hit or miss sometimes.I try to go early and get the slices fresh as I’ve had them later in the day before and some can get quite dry.I’ve seen this happen to ordered cakes before, so hoping they can sort this issue out soon Pros:• you can usually find seating pretty easily• pastries and cakes can be SO good, especially during the morning when they’re freshest. Once it’s past noon though, I don’t know man, it can be hit or miss?• nice cafe ambiance with a light hustle and bustle, strangers’ conversations, students studying…Cons:• drinks are alright, but not the best imo• long lines and wait times• when opting for things to be warmed up or toasted, some things burn such as their quiches and croissants, so heads up• parking sucks as per most Bellevue spots lol

I regularly ordered pastries and cake for birthdays and each time it's a success. Online or in store, my wishes are always listened ! The pastries mini tarts and chocolate eclairs) and cakes especially the Napoleon) are amazing ! you can trust me I'm French !I would definitely recommend this Bakery !

I went to meet a friend for coffee this morning and it's been years since I e been here. Why is that? I forgot how incredible their buttery, almondy, fluffy delicious almond croissant is! There were so many pastries to choose from. Including fancy cookies and simple ones like peanut butter and oatmeal cookies. I will be dreaming about this place tonight and it's not going to be years for my next visit. Don't be surprised to see me there tomorrow!

Good location, great pastries, coffee some days are better than others....I guess it depends on who makes it. My favorite pastries are Royal, Trio of mousse, LE Croqueline, Shampagne mousse
