East Side Mario's - Belleville

I come here at least once a month.. every time i come i get the garden salad, with soup and bread.. i have never had a bad meal here

The restaurant could use a good dusting. Cobwebs hanging off of the chandeliers. Staff needs to be trained properly. I asked if I could use my Scene card and the hostess told me she had no idea. When we first arrived there was quite a line up and when the hostess approached us she said " I will have to put your names down on a waiting list." I asked her why we couldn't have the table that was empty around the corner and she said sure. I couldn't verify if I could use my Scene card with my waitress as she dropped off the interac machine and didn't come back. The food was good! It's great that you get overflowing big bowls of salad and lots of hot bread. Ours arrived without a knife to cut it. I had to ask twice for cutlery to eat our salad, as well as a knife to cut the bread with. We then waited over an hour for our food. Even our waitress apologized after she brought our food for the lng wait. Patrons that had arrived after us finished their meals before we did. Overall I was very disappointed in the service from arrival to end of meal.m

We met good friends for lunch, a great choice. A special shout out to Julie, our waitress whom looked after us well.They changed the menu a bit, no more Calzone, but the hardest part was making a choice. I had the double stuffed pizza, others had various pastas and salads.A good time was had by all.

We visited for a mid-week dinner. The service provided by Lori was first-rate. We enjoyed our time with her. The food was served in a timely manner, the portions just right and piping hot. Everything was as expected for it not being a busy time.

I enjoy going to East side Mario's I like the restaurant the decor the servers waiters waitresses and bartenders there are all very friendly and knowledgable try to give you a very nice dining experience it's a little loud with the music but I guess it's part of the ambiance. The food is very good and the lunch menu was very nice as well it's good for people with families or on a budget the lunch menu I mean
